We gladly accept Exchanges and Returns

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. You have up to 14 days to return items purchased.

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?

Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.

How much is the return shipping fee for online purchases?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have up to 14 days to return or exchange items purchased.

How can I receive a refund for my order?

Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase

I received an item as a gift. How can I receive a refund?

Gifts returned with a gift receipt (invoice) will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt (invoice) will receive a merchandise certificate by mail in the amount of the current selling price.

We do not accept all returns 
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have arrived damaged or defective.

I can't accept returns for: 
Custom or personalized orders 
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return 
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
